CRAB SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat or imitation crabmeat, chopped
2 cucumbers, seeded & cubed
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 c. rice, cooked

Mix above well and chill.
