CRAB SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat, thawed
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix crab, celery and onion together. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Combine and chill at least 2 hours. Serve on saltines or as a sandwich.
