CRAB LEG SALAD | |
1 lb. imitation crab legs (also) 1 lb. crabmeat (optional) if you have any 1 lb. cooked shrimp or frozen cooked pkg. 1-2 ribs celery to taste 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or to taste 1/2 tbsp. mustard Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. celery seed (if you like) Cut crab legs, shrimp and celery in small or medium size pieces. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and celery seed. Add lettuce, torn in small pieces (if you like). Stir all together to mix. Serve on lettuce leaves or as you like. |
