PORK CHOPS WITH ONION 
6 center cut pork chops
2 onions
2 tbsp. oil
Garlic powder
A few dashes Old Hickory salt (Spice Island brand)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. chili powder
5 tbsp. flour
3 or 4 c. water

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder. In large skillet or large Dutch oven brown pork chops - take out and put on a plate. Mix flour and add water in large jar or bowl - shake or whisk until well blended. Add to hot frying pan or Dutch oven with leftover pork drippings - cook on high heat until thickens to a gravy - simmer and add sliced thin onion rings - season gravy to taste. Add pork chops and cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally about 1 hour or until pork chops are fork tender.
