PORK CHOPS WITH ONIONS AND
POTATOES
 
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil
2 med. onions
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into thin slices
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. paprika

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil over moderately high heat. Brown chops. Reduce heat to low. Scatter onions and potatoes around pork chops. Add water and vinegar; stir. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

The recipe is great except that the food didn't have much flavor with the suggested seasonings. As long as you add some seasonings that you like and usually eat it will be delicious
