PORK CHOPS, POTATOES & ONION IN
GRAVY
 
6 chops
2 lbs. potatoes, sliced thin
1 lg. onion
1 can gravy (chicken, mushroom, brown)
1/4 c. water

Place potatoes and onions in alternate layers in a 12 inch roasting pan. Sprinkle water on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Place chops on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn chops and bake another 45 minutes. Add gravy last 15 minutes.
