PORK CHOPS, ONIONS, CARROTS AND
POTATOES
 
4 pork chops
1 lg. onion
Water
3 med. potatoes, cubed
Carrots
1 tbsp. gravy master

I fry onions in Crisco, medium done, then I put the pork chops into the pot. When pork chops and onions are brown, I add water and let it simmer. Then I add the potatoes and carrots. When vegetables and pork are thoroughly cooked, I add the gravy master to thicken the gravy, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
