COCOA RUM PUDDING 
2 c. French bread cubes
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

Place bread cubes in a large bowl; add milk and let stand about 10 minutes. In a small bowl stir together sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Combine eggs, raisins, butter and vanilla; add sugar mixture and mix well. Stir into bread. Pour bread mixture into an ungreased 10"x6" baking dish. Bake 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Serve warm with Sweet Rum Hard Sauce.

SWEET RUM HARD SAUCE: In a small bowl beat together 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sifted powdered sugar. Add 1 tablespoon rum or 1/2 teaspoon rum extract; beat until fluffy. Cover and chill.
