ROMBUDDING - RUM PUDDING 
3 egg yolks
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. rum OR 2 tbsp. vanilla (if don't wish to use rum)
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Dash of salt

Beat eggs and sugar well. Add flavoring. Soak gelatin in the cold water, in a pan. Put pan in another pan filled with hot water and heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add the gelatin to the egg mixture. When mixture begins to thicken, fold it into the whipped cream. Pour either into a bowl for serving or a mold which has been greased with mayonnaise. Chill for a few hours until set. Serve with raspberry sauce.

RASPBERRY SAUCE:

1 pkg. frozen raspberries, strained to remove seeds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Sugar to sweeten to taste
2 rounded tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together in a pan and cook until starts to thicken, stirring constantly. Cool. Spoon over unmolded dessert, or allow each person to spoon own amount of sauce on their portion.
