DANISH RUM PUDDING | |
3 egg yolks 1 tbsp. gelatin 2 tbsp. rum or rum flavoring 1 c. whipping cream 6 level tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. cold water Dash of salt Dissolve Jello over hot water. Beat eggs and sugar. When mixture begins to thicken, add rum, salt and whipped cream. Chill in refrigerator for several hours. |
