ROASTED PECANS | |
2 qts. pecan halves 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 stick butter 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. season all 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Melt butter. Add all ingredients except pecans. Stir to mix and dissolve spices. Stir in pecan halves until thoroughly coated. Bake in a shallow roasting pan at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour out on paper towels, spread out and salt lightly. When cool, store in airtight container. |
