PORK LOIN ROAST WITH ORANGE PECAN GLAZE | |
Boneless pork loin roast 1 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic 4 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. orange marmalade 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients until heated. Bake roast in 325 degree oven to internal temperature of 170. (Approximately 40 to 45 minutes per pound.) Pour 1/2 of glaze over roast during last half hour of cooking. Serve remaining glaze warm with roast. |
