“COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING” IS IN:

COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 
2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Mix sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, salt, mustard, and paprika thoroughly.

Force cottage cheese through sieve. Add to mixture, beating until smooth.

Variation: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese may be used instead of cottage cheese.

Note: If thicker consistency is desired, chill before serving.

Serve on fruit salad or salad greens.

Makes 1 2/3 cups.
