SPARKLE PUNCH 
1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) can Welch's fruit punch, chilled
1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) can Welch's Welchade grape drink, chilled
1 1/2 (12 oz.) bottles guinine water, chilled

In a punch bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve in punch cups over crushed ice. Garnish with marshmallow bits and kumquarts alternated on a wooden skewer. Serves: 12 to 15.
