SPARKLING PUNCH WITH FRUIT RING 
ICE RING:

2 oranges
2 lemons

PUNCH:

6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
6 c. (1 lg. can) pineapple juice
2 bottles white table wine
1 lg. bottle club soda

Day before, cut thin slices of oranges and lemons in half. Arrange fruit slices (overlapping slightly) in bottom of ring molds. Add water to cover slices. Freeze. Fill mold with water and freeze.

Combine lemonade and pineapple juice in punch bowl. Add wine and club soda. Mix well. Unmold ice ring and add to punch.
