GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
2 qts. chopped green tomatoes, drained and measure in quart jar
3 sweet green peppers
3 each sweet red and yellow peppers
5 lg. onions
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. allspice
3 c. white sugar
3 c. vinegar

Grind tomatoes, peppers, and onions coarse. Put together in pan and add salt let stand 10 minutes. Stir a little, drain. In a saucepan, mix all spices, sugar and vinegar and boil 10 minutes. Add spice mixture to tomatoes, peppers and onions. Boil again. Put in jars and seal. 6 pints.
