1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, diced
2-3 small hot Jalapeno peppers or 10 to 12 slices, chopped

Mix everything together. Spread on a large 10-inch flour tortilla. Roll up (like a jelly roll). Wrap in foil and chill.

Slice and serve.
