HOT PEPPER (JALAPENO) JELLY 
1/4 c. ground jalapeno peppers
3/4 c. ground sweet peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 oz. liquid pectin
Green food coloring

Mix peppers and vinegar. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and strain. Add pectin and few drops of food coloring. Seal while hot. Yield: 7 pints.
