JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY 
1 1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. bell peppers, seeds removed
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, seeds removed or left in for hotter jelly

Blend peppers, cayenne and vinegar in blender. Add sugar and bring to hard boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; slightly cool. Add 1 bottle of liquid pectin. Put in jars and seal with wax.
