COTTAGE CHEESE OATMEAL PATTIES | |
1 pt. Cottage cheese 1 c. dry oatmeal 1 onion (or leek), chopped 2 eggs 2 tsp. sage 1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of celery) soup 1 env. onion Lipton soup mix Mix first 5 ingredients; form into small patties and fry in small amount of oil or spray pan with Pam. Place in casserole dish. Mix soup to onion soup mix; add milk if needed to thin slightly. Pour over patties and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Note: May have to add extra oatmeal to first 5 ingredients to make mixture more firm. |
