OATMEAL HAMBURGERS (NUT PATTIES) 
1 c. ground nuts
1 c. oatmeal
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk or cream
1 tbsp. oil

Salt and sage to taste, mix together well. Fry in small amount of oil, after formed into patties, until browned on both sides. Cover with tomato sauce or spiced salsa with a spot of ketchup on each patty. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
