4-H CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. can cream style corn 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal 1/4 c. milk 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (3 oz.) can green chilies, chopped Mix all ingredients except cheese and chilies. Place in greased casserole, a layer of corn mixture, then a layer of chilies and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. |
