“CROCK-POT BEEF STROGANOFF” IS IN:

CROCK-POT BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 lb. flank steak, cubed
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
8 oz. dairy sour cream
8 oz. noodles

Simmer meat, broth, mushrooms and onions in a Crock-Pot for 5 hours. Remove to pan (use only 1 cup of the liquid - discard the rest. Cook noodles according to package omitting salt and oil. Add sour cream to meat mixture and bring to a boil. Serve over noodles.

Serves 4.
