NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST 
1 lb. mild sausage (ham or country sausage)
6 eggs
4 slices cubed bread
1 c. grated cheese (sharp or your choice of mild Cheddar or Mozzarella)
2 c. milk

Fry sausage; drain. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Put cubed bread in dish. Place meat over bread and sprinkle cheese on top. Beat eggs and milk; pour on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
