BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE | |
1 can celery or tomato soup 1 can onion soup 1 1/2 c. regular uncooked rice 1 double breasted frying chicken, cut into pieces 1 can mushroom soup Mix celery or tomato and onion soup with 1 can of water. Mix in rice. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on top. Spread chicken with mushroom soup. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Uncover last 30 minutes. |
