BONNIE'S CHICKEN SOUP 
2 1/2 qt. water
2 whole chicken breasts, skin removed
1/2 c. old fashioned rice
1 env. onion soup mix
2 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 large can crushed tomatoes

Boil chicken in water until tender; remove chicken and set aside to cool. Add rice, soup mix and Italian seasoning to chicken broth and cook until rice is tender. Pick chicken from bones, and cut into bite size pieces. Add tomato, and cut up chicken to rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat and let soup set to absorb flavor. Reheat when ready to serve. You may substitute boneless, skinless chicken to save labor.
