CHICKEN MILANO 
1 c. rice
2 whole chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced
1 sm. garlic clove
1 can tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 med. zucchini, sliced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Prepare rice. Cut chicken into chunks. Saute onion and garlic. Brown chicken, stirring frequently. Stir in soup and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer about 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
