GREEK CHICKEN 
1 lg. fryer, stewed & cut up
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick chopped celery
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 stick butter
2 c. chopped onion
2 garlic buttons or 2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. salt

Melt butter in large baking dish; add chicken. Add other ingredients and mix. Add 2 cans of water or broth (I use broth the chicken was cooked in). Mix well. Cook 45 minutes in 400 degree oven.

NOTE: I put all the Rotel tomatoes in since I have no use for 1/2 can left over. Just makes it a little hot but good.
