GREEK CHICKEN | |
1. Clean chicken, may use Market Day skinless, boneless chicken steaks or chicken breasts, skinned. 2. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper on both sides. 3. Broil (bone side first) 15 minutes until golden. 4. Place in baking dish. 5. Dissolve 1 chicken bouillon cube in 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Add juice of fresh lemon and 3/4 cup white wine. Mix and pour over chicken. 6. Cover dish with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. 7. Serve over rice. 8. May add sauteed mushrooms on top. |
