GREEK CHICKEN 
Whole chicken
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. oregano
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. water
2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
Black pepper

Place chicken on rack in a baking dish. Sprinkle cavity with lemon juice, then garlic and oregano. To baking dish add wine, water, chicken bouillon. Sprinkle chicken with more lemon juice and oregano (to taste). Top with fresh ground pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Prepare gravy with pan juices and serve over mashed potatoes.
