BEST SALAD (CEKLA-SALATA) 
1 can sliced beets
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. reserved beet juice
2 tbsp. sugar

Drain liquid from beets; reserve 1/4 cup of liquid. Mix vinegar, beet juice and sugar. Pour over beets and seal in a covered bowl or jar. Rotate or stir every day and serve after 3 days.
