GRANDMA'S POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. potatoes
4 eggs
1 med. white onion
2 ribs celery
5 lg. tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar, cider
Salt to taste

Boil potatoes and eggs; cool. Peel and cube. Chop celery and onions; add to potatoes. Mix in mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt to taste. Sprinkle top with paprika for garnish.
