GRANDMA'S GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 med. sized potatoes
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. diced bacon
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon

Cook potatoes until tender; peel and slice while hot. Boil bacon until crisp. Pour off fat and add water. Thicken with flour and sugar mixed together. Add onion, vinegar and seasonings. Bring to boiling point and mix at once with hot potatoes.
