RANCH STYLE CHICKEN STRIPS | |
6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) MARINADE: 1 quart buttermilk (4 cups) 1 env. original dry Ranch dressing mix (HIDDEN VALLEY®) Mix together buttermilk and dry Ranch dressing mix. Cut chicken breasts into strips and marinate in above mixture for several hours, covered in refrigerator. Even better overnight. COATING: 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 env. original dry Ranch dressing mix In a shallow bowl, mix together flour and dry Ranch dressing mix. Drag marinated chicken strips through flour to coat. DEEP FRYING: Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer and drop chicken strips into oil until golden brown on all sides. Place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Enjoy! Submitted by: Dawn Rios |
