CHICKEN STRIP/ONION RINGS BATTER 
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. water or milk
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat together above ingredients. Add one egg white separated and beat stiffly. Add to other mixture. Drop strips or rings in mixture and fry.
