CHICKEN/ONION RING CASSEROLE 
Cook broccoli (1 package frozen) and lay on bottom of greased baking dish. Place deboned chicken on top (chicken breasts should be boiled in water and the skin and meat removed. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

2 cans cream soup (chicken, mushroom)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Put above ingredients together, heat and then pour over chicken and broccoli layers. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top (shredded). Place French fried onion rings on top 5 to 10 minutes before dish is done. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
