GRANDMA'S GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
4 lbs. potatoes, cooked & sliced 1/2 lb. bacon, diced 2 med. onions, chopped 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. water 4 tbsp. flour Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper and onions. Fry bacon until light brown. Remove bacon. Add sugar, flour, vinegar and water, bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm. |
