BASTING SAUCE FOR PORK 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. bourbon
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Baste pork ribs or chops and cook until tender. Serve remaining sauce with meat.
