1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
5 tbsp. sugar (I use 6 to 7 pkts Equal)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. thyme
Pepper (optional)
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin

Mix liquids together. Add other ingredients and pour over cucumber.
