HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
Peel and slice 4 to 5 potatoes
Chop 1 small onion
1 lb. hamburger, not browned
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Place potatoes in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle onion on potatoes, crumble raw hamburger over onion. Pour soup on top, vegetable beef first then cream soup. Don't stir and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
