1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion, diced
1 pkg. tator tots
Diced green pepper (opt.)
Sliced cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Add onion and cook until transparent. Combine soups and add 1/2 can water. Mix beef and soup together and place in a greased casserole. Place tator tots on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add cheese slices and bake for additional 5 minutes or until melted.
