1 lb. hamburger
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. oatmeal or soda cracker crumbs
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. hash browns

Mix hamburger, onion soup mix, egg, and oatmeal. Press mixture into bottom of casserole. Top with frozen potatoes. Pour undiluted soup over, cover, and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serves 4 to 6.
