KRIS' BAKED TERIYAKI PORK CHOPS | |
These will be the most moist pork chops you have ever had! 4 boneless pork chops 1 bottle Teriyaki sauce (your favorite) olive oil black pepper paprika garlic salt red pepper flakes (optional) Poke holes or slits in chops and marinate them in Teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes to an hour (place in refrigerator; do not discard marinade after). Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet and brown ALL sides of the chops to seal in juices. Sprinkle both sides with pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Place chops into a glass baking pan and cover with the marinade you saved; make sure you get the bottom too. Add red pepper flakes if you want a little kick and spice to the chops. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, flipping once at 30 minutes. These go great with garlic mashed potatoes! Submitted by: Kris K. |
