CHICKEN AND WILD RICE | |
1 chicken, cooked & cut up (2 c.) 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice, cooked as directed using chicken broth 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 can cream of celery soup & 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing 2 tsp. chopped onion 1 pkg. frozen French style green beans, partially cooked Mushrooms (opt.) Mix all ingredients together, place in 9"x13" pan. Before placing in oven, top casserole with 1 stick melted butter, mixed with 2 1/2 cup of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot in center. |
