CHICKEN-RICE SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 box Rice-A-Roni, long grain and wild
3/4 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. tomato, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (4.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives

Mix well and chill for several hours. Serve on large lettuce leaf.
