BOILED FUDGE FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Mix over heat. Stir until all is well mixed and boil hard 2 minutes. Do not stir while boiling. Remove from heat and place kettle in pan of cold water. Cool thoroughly then beat until thick, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. This is a never- fail recipe.
