BOILED FUDGE FROSTING 
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Put pan in cold water and beat until desired consistency. Quickly pour over cake and spread. Sets fast.
