COCOA FUDGE FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 2/3 c. (1 lb. box) confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave butter in small micro-proof mixture bowl on high (full power) about 1 minute or until melted. Stir in cocoa until smooth; microwave on high 30 to 60 seconds or until mixture boils. Add confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla; beat with mixer until smooth and of desired consistency. Spread while warm. About 2 cups frosting.

Chocolate frostings and glazes are a snap to make when you use the microwave for melting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
