CARAMEL FUDGE FROSTING 
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. sour cream or milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugars and sour cream. Cook to 238 degrees. Soft ball stage. Add butter and vanilla. Cook to lukewarm without stirring beat until thick enough to spread. If frosting is too thick add a couple of drops of hot water.
