CAULIFLOWER BAKE 
1 cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. capers
1/2 c. dry white wine
Paprika

Cook cauliflower until tender. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and paprika. Gently mix with cauliflower. Pour into a butter baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
